Project Overview

The Gippsland Rail Line Upgrade delivers more frequent and reliable train services to Victora's growing communities. This project allows for extra daily services between Traralgon and Melbourne. The scope includes the civil and transit system works, comprising an upgrade of 4 stations, 1 new bridge, and integration with Victoria's existing rail and metro services.

TEAMS is engaged to provide planning and project controls services to the UGL led Alliance “Vicconcent”. The scope of services provided by TEAMS includes

•Project planning and scheduling

•Progress reporting, including executive dashboards

•Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Assessments

•Extension of time and claims preparation
